Welcome to Scale With Trust
This is the first post on Scale With Trust, the Azentiq Nexus Consulting blog.
Why we’re writing this
Compliance for regulated firms in Singapore is not getting easier. MAS keeps tightening AML/CFT expectations, MinLaw is ramping up PSPM enforcement, and AI governance has moved from “future concern” to “next audit cycle.” Most of our clients tell us the same thing: there is no shortage of regulatory text, but there is a shortage of practical writing about what to actually do.
Scale With Trust is our attempt to close that gap.
What you can expect
Two posts a week. Each one answers one practical question:
- What does a MinLaw inspection actually look like?
- What changes when MAS issues a new notice on outsourcing risk?
- How do you respond to a regulatory query without lawyering up?
- What does an AI governance framework look like for a fintech that has six engineers?
We will not lecture. We will not hedge every sentence with “consult your legal advisor.” We are the advisor. The point of writing this is so you can read it on a Tuesday morning before your operations meeting and walk in with a clearer head.
What we will not write about
We will not write about:
- Regulatory commentary on jurisdictions we do not advise in.
- Speculation on what regulators “might” do.
- Investment advice. We are not a financial advisor.
- Anything that requires a client engagement to deliver responsibly.
If a topic warrants a private conversation, we will say so and let you reach out.
